Contingencie Plan
Missing Personnel – We will ensure we have backed up all
documents. If not we will have to pull together as a team and back track our
work to ensure nothing is missing and fill in the gaps.
Broken Equipment – We will report the incident to the Media
Department. We will then have to try and replace the equipment or use an
alternative.
Bad Weather – Instead of filming on different days we will
film all our outside footage on one day to ensure the lighting stays the same and
that the weather can not affect our filming and production. If the weather
takes a sudden change we will have to film another day and then try and edit
the scenes on video editing software to make it look identical to all the other
clips.

RECCE - Sixth Form Centre
"As a
group myself and Senay 'http://www.senayunit3.blogspot.com' produced 4 RECCE's.
We did one for the LRC, The Sixth Form, Media Room and the Art room. We have
also taken photographs of the rooms we have created RECCEs for."
Above
I have provided the 'fill in' RECCE sheet and the three photos myself and Senay
have taken of the Sixth Form Centre. The 1st photo shows the sixth from entrance doors. As it had double doors it would enable to get the chest of drawers through the door. The 2nd photo roughly shows us the proxemics of the centre. The 3rd photo is where we would place the product. We have chosen this place as there is a window which provides natural light and also is spacious for extra equitment. A problem we may come across is that the centre is over populated so we would need to be careful of wires and equitment.

LRC
Above I have provided the 'fill in' RECCE sheet and the three photos myself and Senay have taken of the LRC. The 1st photo shows the entrance doors into the LRC. As it has double doors it allows us to fit the chest of drawers through the door. A problem we may face in getting the product into the room is that there are white barriers as you walk into the room this may obstruct how we manouvere the table. As part of the RECCE we have had to take note of any hazards/safety issues. We came across the problem of that the room already has so much technology (2nd picture) in already that any camera, lighting or media equitment may blow fuses etc. We have also photographed the place in where we would place the product (3rd picture). We chose this place as the lighting is very complimentary already and this would minise production time.

Product Costs & Ideas For Location
Since within the school we have a media suite we would not incur any costs but if we did not have this we would incur fees. I have
provided a link below which gives a more detailed explanation on what the
charges incur but I will provide a brief overview.
It is £150 a day to hire an edit suite
£320 to hire an edit suite and personal editor
£200 a day Blu-ray and authoring
I have now provided a list of the equipment below and how
much they would cost to hire per day and per week.
We have had a few ideas for location. We have decided the
location will be within the school grounds for easier access to all equipment
and also the mobility of the product.
We have been around the school looking for the ideal filming
location we have looked at the Media suite itself, the technology room in which
the product was created and the library in where the product target profile
aims to hit.
