Contingencie Plan

Missing Personnel – We will ensure we have backed up all documents. If not we will have to pull together as a team and back track our work to ensure nothing is missing and fill in the gaps.

Broken Equipment – We will report the incident to the Media Department. We will then have to try and replace the equipment or use an alternative.

Bad Weather – Instead of filming on different days we will film all our outside footage on one day to ensure the lighting stays the same and that the weather can not affect our filming and production. If the weather takes a sudden change we will have to film another day and then try and edit the scenes on video editing software to make it look identical to all the other clips.
